Dr. Elizabeth Alexander
DMD FAGD
Dr. Elizabeth Alexander (formerly Dr. Elizabeth Park) brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to patient care, combining her clinical precision with a calm and caring demeanor. She is passionate about educating patients and believes that informed decisions lead to healthier outcomes and more confident smiles.Dr. Alexander earned her Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, followed by her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2013. After beginning her career in a private Massachusetts practice, she relocated to the Fort Mill area and founded Core Dentistry with the vision of offering truly comprehensive, individualized dental care.She holds Fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a designation that reflects her dedication to ongoing learning and excellence. She is also a member of the:

When she’s not at the office or attending continuing education programs, Dr. Alexander enjoys exploring the Charlotte area with her husband, Aaron, and playing the cello. Dr. Erika Burley
DMD
With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Erika Burley is known for her gentle manner, detailed aesthetic work, and commitment to patient-centered care. She takes pride in helping patients feel confident in their smiles—especially when it comes to cosmetic transformations and restorative treatments.
Dr. Burley completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. She went on to complete a dental residency at Ralph H. Johnson VA Hospital in Charleston, SC, where she honed her skills in comprehensive care.
Throughout her career, Dr. Burley has pursued advanced training in implant dentistry and cosmetic techniques. She is a past President of the Charlotte Dental Society and trained with Implant Pathway to expand her clinical expertise in dental implants.
Outside the practice, she enjoys traveling, swimming, and spending time with her family—especially at her son’s basketball and baseball games.
