Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through our website using auto debit or credit card. There will be a full refund (minus any lab fees incurred if applicable) issued for any services that were paid for, but not initiated. Please contact us to make the request. Refund process may take up to 7 business days to be completed. Payment will be returned via whatever payment method (credit card, bank account) that the patient initially used to make the payment.
